Arshin is an old Russian measurement unit commonly used from the 16th to 19th centuries. Another very interesting thing is the stamp from the Russian merchant Illarion Suzdaltsev from the town of Murom. You can find a lot of information about this merchant on internet or in the MUROM Museum of History and Art.
