This is a beautifully done antique cloth Columbia doll , a piece of early Americana. Emma Adams began the creation of these dolls in the late 19thc.In 1893 she exhibited in the Chicago Worlds Fair Columbia Exhibition, where she received the Diploma of Merit.... The body is stuffed cloth with sewn delineation of the fingers and toes. This girl is 15 tall and wears appropriate antique clothing. She also has pantaloons but I ran out of picture space. Look at the top of her head.
I think she may have had repair some time ago, but I see no other issues. If you can pay by check I can do a little better on her price.
